Bonhomia Reserve is a low-density luxury residential preserve, thoughtfully designed to protect the privacy, tranquility, and natural character of the community. It is exclusively residential, with no hotels, resorts, or other hospitality components. While short-term rentals are permitted in select circumstances, they are governed by strict community rules and regulations to ensure that the peaceful residential experience and character of Bonhomia Reserve are preserved.

Phase One of Bonhomia Reserve features eleven ocean view custom residences designed to meet your individual preferences. Use one of our existing models as a starting point or we can help you design your own model from scratch with our Architecture partners.

Ocean Ridge Residences is Phase two of Bonhomia Reserve, featuring sixteen residences with spacious two and three bedroom homes.

These tropical residences are designed to float above the rolling hills, taking full advantage of the breathtaking ocean views that Ocean Ridge has to offer.

We are now taking reservations to start building the first three Ocean Ridge Residences in 2025.
